About Marla
As a busy mom, Marla found calm through mini-moment meditation practices and ancient yoga wisdom. After years of personal development and self-reflection, she sparked a new sense of purpose and discovered a reservoir of untapped resources from within.
In 2009, Marla embarked on her first of many certifications to feel her best in womanhood. In the process, many toxic thoughts and autoimmune flair-ups continued, yet she persevered and continues to do so today as a way to shine and decipher what’s real in the midst of business. By encapsulating a health and wellness lifestyle. The Radiant Reflections’ mind-body-spirit transformation emboldened her purpose. When one woman poses grateful grace, she instills love and kindness to spark joy.
Marla encourages all beings to let go of yesterday’s woes and reclaim their powerful presence by awakening dormant energy through various self-awareness tools to build confident radiance. Her signature Radiant Woman Programs and Retreats for women, Conscious Connections Course, The 5M’s to Meditation Micro-Course, and Teen Yoga Mini-Course (in collaboration with Licensed Social Worker and yoga teacher Amanda Sacks) are for curious seekers, health professionals, students, and teachers.
She enjoys entrepreneurial creation mode, spending time outdoors, experiencing natural landscapes, vegetation, and flowers, wandering in local parks, traveling to old and modern cities, and exploring sites with surprising historical richness and tantalizing cuisines.
Some of the activities Marla enjoys include trying out new gourmet recipes, gardening, painting, reading historical fiction and self-help guides, indulging in spa-like wellness programs and fitness routines, spending time at the beach, hiking mountains, and being a student with other seekers of life.
